You make your business great.
We make it look great.

We run lean and occupy
the middle of the road.

You need more than a single-competency freelance specialist, but a large-scale creative agency can come with even larger-scale invoices. Instead, we operate with minimal overhead, reduced outsourcing enabled by a broad set of in-house skills, and a pragmatic approach that prioritizes efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimize your investment.
Maximize your return.

Creative ideation is fun for marketers—but costly for you. Our goal is not to be artists or dreamers on your dime. We exist to help you communicate clearly and connect effectively with your audience in ways that grow your bottom line as efficiently as possible… nothing more, nothing less.

power of the ampersand.

At Wray & Wray, we’re a one-stop shop for a full complement of creative solutions—with an emphasis on video production—done under one roof with excellence and consistency from start to finish. We understand the limitations of small business and non-profit budgets, and we believe that if we make wise and practical choices in marketing your business as if it were our own, then your success becomes our success.

About Us:

Collin Wray

Collin Wray began a career in real estate at age 19 and spent 20 years building it into the rewarding, referral-based business he had dreamed of. In addition to being in the top 5% of local agents, he brought fresh innovation to marketing for the housing industry as an early and influential creator of cinematic and hosted video home tours on social media. As one of the only agents doing these productions efficiently at scale for listings of all price ranges, Collin’s work was featured at an industry convention held in California. This growing interest in media and marketing led him to hand off his business in order to accept the role of Senior Director of Communications for a longstanding and personally-loved non-profit ministry, where the organization saw record giving and growth during the COVID pandemic while sticking to a pragmatic and conservative zero-based budget.

Beth Wray

For over a decade Beth has brought a unique brand of genuine and relatable energy to commercial productions that air not just in Springfield, but around the globe. These projects span from heartfelt non-profit fundraising appeals, to soothing retail voiceovers, to the high energy of international direct response ads. Yes, that’s right, Beth is an “infomercial” pitchwoman, and has been recognized nationally as host of an award-winning direct response ad spot. However, despite the need for high energy in that realm, she has a unique ability to dial in just the right attitude for any given project, and has earned a reputation among industry peers for being a pro that’s highly direct-able, efficient in script delivery, and ultimately engaging, believable, trustworthy, and effective in her call to action for the consumer.
